All Sand, Sea & Spirit participants are required to pay a separate registration fee from
reservations. Fees are discounted for early registration as we need these fees to make
arrangements for all activities and are stated as follows:
Attendance Fee
- $200 if paid by May 31, 2008
- $225 if paid by July 31, 2008
- $250 from August 1 to September 20, 2008

This Attendance Fee includes more:
- 2 conference rooms – 180 person + 20 person that opens to pool area for social
events
- SSS Information/Communication Desk
- Breakfast available for all between the hours of 7:00-9:00
(protein shakes, bagels & muffins, eggs)
- Printings & Mailings
- Scheduling of classes
- Coffee, Tea, Etc…
- Separate Massage/Therapy Room
- Welcome Bags w/Coupons
We ask that all volunteer for one Service – That is how we get to know one another
All Sand, Sea & Spirit participants that attend are required to pay a separate registration
fee.
Reservations
Make Condo Reservations directly with www.brettrobinson.com, Phoenix VII.
Pick your condo and roommates and make your own reservations using reference group
#1081011 or you may call 800-221-0258. You may go on line to check each condo out
use a November date to see pictures and availability as 25 condos will not show during
the dates of Sept 20-27 as Brett Robinson/Phoenix VII have so kindly put a reserve block
on 25 condos for our group during this time period to help assure we will have plenty of
space for our organization. This reserve block lasts up until 30 days prior to our
scheduled arrival and will continue taking reservations as the stated rates subject to
availability, but, to assure a space please call as soon as possible.
Each Condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer (no clothes soap & softener),
an initial supply of paper products only are provided, pool closes at 10pm.
For special “in-between” cleaning due to emergency can be performed by housekeeping
staff for additional fee ($71 for 1BR, $99 for 2BR & $109 for 3BR + tax).
Providing the reference group #1081011 you will receive a special rate for our SSS
Group.
Pricing is as follows:
SSS dates of Sept 20-27 (7 nights)
- 1 BR: $628.26
- 2 BR: $796.98
- 3 BR: $923.52
Extended dates for longer stay (10 nights)
- 1 BR: $891.33
- 2 BR: $1128.87
- 3 BR: $1313.13
The stated condo fees include “all inclusive of all fees and taxes for the stay”. Includes
cleaning before and after departure. Check-in is anytime after 3pm and check-out is
anytime before 11am.
As you reserve your condos, an earnest money deposit by credit or debit card or check is
required within 7 days of reservations as follows:
- 1 BR $129.87
- 2 BR $164.28
- 3 BR $193.14
The condo cancellation policy gives you up until 7 days prior to arrival to cancel with only
a $25 per reservation fee. If you cancel within the 7 days of arrival, the entire deposit is
forfeited.
Hurricane Policy
In the event that the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach area is under imminent threat of a
hurricane or major storm, Brett/Robinson will contact you and either cancel the retreat
completely (at no charge) or re-schedule (even if you do not have dates in mind, deposits
can be held until a decision is made on new dates). We will be trying to evacuate existing
guests as well as ourselves, so we will ask that you do not head to our area.
If our group is already on the property and forced to evacuate, they will pro-rate the rent
(not to include the cleaning, parking, reservation or telephone access fees) for the days
used and refund the remainder. If you paid for a 7 night stay and you had only stayed 3
nights, you would only be charged for the 3 nights you stayed and would be refunded the
remainder. For any other details contact Brett-Robinson.
Holistic Classes
If anyone would like to volunteer to donate their time in presenting a holistic class please
provide your name and information as soon as possible as there will be a limited amount
of available time and space to teach classes.
